A movie where the lead characters were all female and the film didn't suck.
Ghostbusters 2016 which is irrelevant, Neon Demon which I haven't seen but i'm sure it's terrible. And Showgirls. And Springbreakers which is horrible.
So as far as these types of movies, at least Showgirls at least has something going for it. So I'd say that's the best one. At least it had a good director.
However I might be missing the point, on that and on what makes a good movie. there may be some female led movies I am missing here that are competent, just haven't seen them. But Bridesmaids certainty aint one.

A movie where the lead characters were all female and the film didn't suck.
As far as female main character movies of recent all I know is: Ghostbusters 2016 which is irrelevant, Neon Demon which I haven't seen but i'm sure it's terrible.
You seem to be ridiculously picky. Not saying that is a bad thing, but when you are THAT picky you are not going to like many of the recommendations. Maybe you aren't that picky and you just aren't looking. If all you are able to think of is 4 movies from the past 20 years that have female lead characters, then you seriously need to pay more attention. There are at least 100 good movies with a female lead since 2000. The most praised is easily Mulholland Drive, which is often considered one of the best movies ever made.

I still really like the second Hunger Games movie.
Wonder Woman is close, but I haven’t watched it in a long time.

I haven't seen a really good female led film since Send Me To The Clouds was released in August. Maybe there have been a few in the four months since then, but I haven't seen any.

Carol (2015) with Cate Blanchett & Rooney Mara is the most recent high rating.
I, Tonya this week was pretty good - with whatshername.

Don't know about recent releases (I'm well behind), but the last female-led movie I personally watched that I really liked was Cinderella (2015). The live-action Disney adaptation. Saw it a few weeks ago.

Most recently released movie with a female lead that...
-I scored a 6-6.5/10 = Annihilation (2018)/Molly's Game (2017-2018) (NOTE: prior to this... The Heat (2013). prior to that... Miss Bala (2011))
-I scored a 6.5-7/10 or higher (which is my favorite movies in general) = The Age of Adaline (2015) (7/10) (NOTE: prior to this... Byzantium (2012-2013). prior to that... Young Adult (2011))
that pretty much sums up the entire decade as prior to that for a 7/10 or higher range movie I would have to go back to Kill Bill vol 2 (2004) and prior to that Malena (2000) and prior to that The Long Kiss Goodnight (1996) etc (although I can't imagine there is much if anything else). NOTE: I might consider S1m0ne (2002), since it sorta focuses around a female as the central character, but at the same time Al Pacino seems sorta the main person though to. so this may or may not count depending on ones standard for things as I sorta see it's somewhat of a co-lead sort of thing but one could argue for it being female lead in a way.
NOTE: I could have pretty much used a basic 6/10 as 'good' for the topic but I thought I would make it more interesting so I used a 6-6.5/10 or higher standards which makes it more difficult for a female lead movie to stand out simply because only about 8% (i.e. 186/2275+) of everything I have seen managed to score a 6-6.5/10 or higher.
NOTE: I am just assuming co-lead with a male does not count and that it must be more of a clear cut female lead movie.
