i realized that there was one near my place. To answer your question, no to my knowledge, I have never lived near a serial killer. However, I did know a girl who was murdered (her killer has never been found; probably has gone on to killing others), & a guy in the neighbourhood that I grew up in, killed both his parents & his little sister.

I lived in the DC area when those two snipers were on the loose (2002?). Maybe three people killed within five miles of my place.

Although I live in a different part of the GTA, I used to live relatively close to the intersection, where that idiot, Alec Minassian mowed down pedestrians, with his SUV. almost 2 years ago.

I live on a street where a rape murder happened and I think another murder happened down the street and around the block. There may have been more since but I stopped reading the local newspaper years ago.

I live in the Pacific Northwest, the land of serial killers. Same here. In fact I live in the area where Bundy and Ridgeway preyed on their victims

I live in Santa Cruz, Ca. In the 70s and 80s there were three different serial killers who lived here. Santa Cruz was called the "murder capital of the world" for awhile. It was a big reason why The Lost Boys was filmed here.

I once took a course with a girl who went to school with one of Paul Bernardo's murder victims, & there was also a woman taking the same course with us who knew one of the girls whom Bernardo attacked (but not kill).
Small world.

I lived in the DC area when those two snipers were on the loose (2002?). Maybe three people killed within five miles of my place. I remember the snipers but as a rule most serial killers are white males and black people tend not to be serial killers so you're probably safe. That was a major part of the problem. The police assumed the shooters were white and disregarded witnesses who said they were not white and gave a solid description of their vehicle.

I remember the snipers but as a rule most serial killers are white males and black people tend not to be serial killers so you're probably safe. Back in the mid-90s 2 Black teens - cousins - were convicted of murdering 2 sisters (one of them the former girlfriend of the 2 cousins), & in addition to the 2 sisters, one of the cousins also murdered an employee of the Toronto Transit Commission. The fact that this guy killed the third person makes HIM a serial killer. Adrian Kinkead & Rohan Ranger

Not now, but I did about two decades ago.
Lived in the same area where most of the crimes were committed, travelled the same routes the killers took to where their victims were hidden, even attended a part at a house next to where the bodies were later stored.
