I think everybody’s first thought would be: Vodka martini, shaken not stirred. So, now that it has been mentioned, everybody has to think of something else. I'll get things rolling: “Grand Hotel” (1932), Best Picture at the 5th Annual Oscars, is about a group of people whose stories overlap at a luxury hotel in Berlin. Shy accountant Lionel Barrymore is there splurging his nest age after getting a bad medical report. My first thought was, surprisingly, not Bond's signature drink but rather...well, er...
Not to drink--God, no, I wouldn't have the nerve! But you'd seem as cool as Buddy Love himself just to order the damn thing.
