A manipulative ventriloquist dummy named Willie
tries to drive mad Jerry Etherson the man in charge of him .
Definitely a good one with a crazy wild twist ending to boot .

The Dummy is surely in my top ten. It's one of the more famous episodes that I never tire of seeing. I love the dialogue as well.

" My name is Talky Tina "
and I'm going to give Erich Streator a tough time
because he is a very mean man
to his sweet little step daughter
and peach of a wife .
Bullies beware of talking dolls like Tina .

It's too bad we couldn't ring in the New Year with the episode - The Midnight Sun .

It's too bad we couldn't ring in the New Year with the episode - The Midnight Sun . It's funny but they haven't done Midnight Sun leading to Midnight in a few years. Talking Tina has been at 11:30 EST for a while (I could be wrong though, I'm relying on memory lol)

It seems right on there to me bunnywriter
I guess wishful thinking on my part
to hope it will be back on at that time again .

Most definitely one of my top faves
( the son of legendary actor Ed Wynn ) .
Things are not as they appear in this really fun episode
and I so really liked character Gregory West's spacious yet cozy office too .

This particular storyline episode has quite
a mixture of desolation ,
a sense of guilt from the main character ,
and surrounded in mystery until the end .
It's a most intriguing one as well .
I'm starting fade out a bit so I will be saying good night / morning to all here
see you in a few hours folks .

DID the makers of the Anthony Hopkin's film Magic get their idea from THIS episode?

Long Distance Call. Another video tape soap opera looking episode. Surprised this got aired for its time with a kid trying to kill himself multiple times.
