Well since the OP specifically mentioned 'first time viewings only', 2019 is my lowest year on file (i.e. from 2012 through 2019) @ only 48 movies viewed out of the total of 278 movies I seen in 2019 which also makes it the record so far in terms of percentage of the total movies I have seen as re-watches was 82.7% and first viewings were only 17.3% as for measure all other years on file (i.e. 2012+) the percentages never went any higher than 67.5% either way. but all years (as in terms of total percentage of movies I seen that year regardless of release date) with the exception of 2017 have favored re-watches over first viewings in terms of volume of movies seen.
but anyways, out of the 48 movies I viewed for the first time through the entire year of 2019, regardless of release date, here are the only ones worth mentioning (I am going to use a 6-6.5/10 as a minimum score to qualify)...
1)Ford v Ferrari (2019) (Dec 31st 2019) - 7.5-8/10
2)El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie (2019) (Oct 12th 2019)
3)The Irishman (2019) (Nov 28th 2019) - 7/10
-)The Age of Adaline (2015) (Jan 5th 2019) - was a 6-6.5/10 on initial viewing and went to a 7/10 on a re-watch on Oct 25th 2019.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
but just to show you what movies INCREASED in score for me on a re-watch from Jan 1st 2019 through Dec 31st 2019, regardless of release year...
-Annihilation (2018) - 6/10 to a 6-6.5/10
-Nightcrawler (2014) - 6/10 to a 6-6.5/10
-Face Off (1997) - 6.5-7/10 to a 7/10
-The Ninth Gate (1999) - 8/10 to a 8-8.5/10

-Kill Bill vol 1 (2003) - 5/10 to a 6/10
-True Grit (2010) - 8/10 to a 8-8.5/10
-Gentlemen Prefer Blondes (1953) - 5/10 to a 6/10
-Terminator 2 (1991) - 6/10 to a 7/10
-Scarface (1983) - 7/10 to a 8/10
-The Last Detail (1973) - 6.5-7/10 to a 7/10

-Death Race 2000 (1975) - 6/10 to a 6-6.5/10
-Hard Times (1975) - 7/10 to a 7-7.5/10
-The Age of Adaline (2015) - 6-6.5/10 to a 7/10
-The Man from U.N.C.L.E. (2015) - 6-6.5/10 to a 6.5-7/10
-Meet Joe Black (1998) - 7.5-8/10 to a 8/10
-Valkyrie (2008) - 6.5-7/10 to a 7/10
-Byzantium (2012-2013) - 6-6.5/10 to a 6.5-7/10 (NOTE: same director as Interview with the Vampire (1994) but I honestly like Byzantium more at this point in time)
-Dom Hemingway (2013-2014) - 6-6.5/10 to a 6.5-7/10
-Anthony Zimmer (2005) - 6-6.5/10 to a 6.5-7/10 (NOTE: the American version of this is The Tourist (2010) which is forgettable)
-At Middleton (2013) - 7-7.5/10 to a 7.5-8/10
NOTE: I fairly rarely re-watch movies I score a 5/10 or less (since anything I score a 5/10 or lower is a Thumbs Down/not worth re-watching) but there are occasional exceptions if I feel a movie had a chance to increase in score for me and it paid off a little.
NOTE: some of those that have increased in score above where actually higher in score at their peak in the past but I am not going to list that stuff for now and will strictly stick to whatever the previous score it was prior to the increase in 2019. but I will say I probably re-watched more 5/10's this year than I have in quite a while off the top of my head.
NOTE: I am sure there is definitely more that decreased than increased though but I won't list those for now.

rudeboyDamn, that's quite a bit as you got me beat by a solid margin as you were averaging more than a movie a day for a full year (since there is 365-366 days in a year). not easy to do
my personal best from 2012 to date is... 2014 @ 336 movies, which is ALL movies I viewed that year be it first viewings or re-watches. in fact, only two years cracked 300+ which was 2014(336)/2015(301) all other years were in the 2xx range with the exception of 2018 which was 154 movies.
basically you averaged 8.55 movies a week in 2019 where as my personal best year of 2014 is 6.44 movies a week. for measure... my average from 2012-2019, which is 8 full years, comes out to 4.88 movies a week average over that full 8 years of time. my low year, in terms of average movies seen per week, would be 2018 @ 2.95
