Dr. Strange could probably hold his own against Majin Buu, but overall, the Avengers wouldn't stand a chance. I don't think Thor, as strong as he is, could hold off against Buu. If caught off guard, he could be absorbed or turned into chocolate.

No they couldn't. Buu was that powerful that he blew his breathe and eradicated a city. They had their hands full with people like Ultron and Thanos. Not only is Buu infinitely stronger than them but he'd be that fast he'd make even Quicksilver look like he's standing still. He can regenerate even after being blown to thousands of pieces like the T-1000 too. Remember when Quicksilver took down Captain America with a punch while making him look like he was standing still? It'd practically be the exact same as that except he'd take everyone's head off. Who's the strongest dbz character? In just Dragon Ball Z then Super Vegito. Though since that there's also Dragon Ball Super and there's tons stronger him now. He turns stuff into chocolate? That might be the best superpower I've ever heard of. Cookies and milk too. He turned thousands of people into candy in one go once and ate them. He's a genie. |

Kirby is a good description of him. lol He's pretty much a magic piece of gum that takes on the properties of whoever he absorbs and continually evolves. He can also change people into objects, but chooses candy to eat them (so he can absorb them). That pic of him with the orange and blue shirts is when he absorbed the character Gohan.

I remember this villain. he was more of a man child but still terffying. Thanos looks like a video game character, Majin Buu for the win.

A much fairer comparison would be if Vegeta and Nappa had come to Earth then could the Avengers stop them?
Nevermind Buu, once you get to Frieza in even his first form the characters can easily destroy entire planets like it was nothing.
I wouldn't even give them much hope against Raditz honestly.

Who's the strongest dbz character? Zen-Oh. They are the king of everything(literally) and can create and destroy a person, an entire civilization, a whole planet, a solar system, a whole universe with a flicker of the finger or suggestion of voice, souls and all. Defeat is useless, getting them to agree with you is the only course to take as nothing will work and end in being erased from all existence. Should be noted that they have the mentality of a child so think "Its a Good Life"(Twilight Zone) on a much grander scale.

At that point in Dragon Ball, Vegeta - while still fairly strong - was not as emotionally stable, as wise, or as experienced in magic and scientific understanding as he'd be later down the road. Not to say he wouldn't pose a threat, but he'd be easier to handle for the much more stronger and fantastical members of the team. Nappa wouldn't be a walk in the park either, but his intelligence is far inferior to Vegeta's and he only cared to use brute force head-on instead of reading the environment more carefully. Regarding transformations to Oozaru Ant-Man can turn into Giant-Man. Raditz would pose a good fight no doubt, but ultimately would lose. Frieza could be wiped out with the infinity gauntlet, without that no they wouldn't. I suggest you read more Marvel comics.

Piccolo could blow up a moon like it was nothing but when he blasted Raditz he didn't budge from the spot and he's nothing compared to Nappa. People like Hulk and Thor are strong but they aren't fast, not in the same way as Nappa so they couldn't really even hit him. Nappa is someone that can just casually nuke an entire landmass and stand in the middle of his own explosion and not be too fussed by it.  Vegeta was just going to destroy the whole Earth at one point. He has more power than an Infinity Stone just as he is. Captain Marvels abilities are closest to what you'd get in DBZ but she can't destroy a planet.
