Dear Spider, Thank you so much for the link to this video. This is one of the last Oscar nominated films that I have yet to see and this has really motivated me to get out there and see it.

You're quite welcome, jervis. I look forward to hearing your thoughts once you see the film. Personally, I think Greta Gerwig is a force to contend with and look forward to her future efforts. I only recently learned that she's married to Noah Baumbach, who directed MARRIAGE STORY. She starred in his film, FRANCES HA (which I never saw). That's probably a very interesting household.

Thanks for sharing that interview!, and I can see the different approach in the clips, from the 1994 version. and never seen the Hepburn and Allyson versions.
Looked up Alcott, and understand that she wrote two sequels, "Little Men" and "Jo's Boys", though not as famous as "Little Women", and if Gerwig feels like it, should the sequels be transfered to film too?
All I can find is that there was a Canadian TV series based on "Little Men" 1998-1999, and a now public domain version from 1940 with Kay Francis.

Looking forward to seeing this movie. Also, the mini-series from 2017, and the 2018 movie.
