Do you yourself think the Houston Astros should be Stripped of their 2017 World Series Championship ?

8-1 at home in the postseason, 5.7 runs a game. 2-6 away, 3.4 runs a game.
But during the regular season, they were better on the road than at home that year. So maybe it started late.

Yes. Otherwise there’s no real penalty for cheating.

Both the 2017 and 2018 titles should be stripped and just listed as vacated.
On a side note, good news for Astos fans - on July 17 at the park, it's "replica trashcan day." The first 30,000 fans will receive a replica trashcan just like the one used to help the Stros win the 17 Series. Brought to you by Glade trash can bags.

Bollocks. The only way to deter cheating is to institute salary clawbacks like the finance industry does. If you get caught cheating (and I mean actually cheating, not this deflated ball horseshit), then not only do you have to repay the money you received during the impacted time, but the balance of your contract is voided and you have to serve a lengthy suspension. Sanctimoniousness and grandstanding about the game's integrity doesn't accomplish anything.

I don't agree changing history. What happened already happened and leave it as it is and move forward with caution. You take away their championship. What's next? Take away all the stats of players during the steroid era? Take away the 1919 White Sox penant? Take away Bobby Thompson HR because the Giants stole sign? Take away Gaylord Perry's HOF for tampering the baseball? Removing Dock Ellis' no-hitter for using coke for that game? What about the players who used dope in the 80s? What about the owner's collusion against free agents? What about the time before Jackie Robinson? Should we dismiss any baseball prior to 1947 because of racism? I never like how they wiped out Lance Armstrong or Penn State's records. I would not like to see any baseball history changed, whether be good or bad.
