Yeah, but short possessions are also a problem later in games, even if you score from them. You need to keep your D off the field if you want them making big plays late. The main reason I never wrote the Pats off against the Falcobs was, even 25 behind, they were dominating Time in Possession. Falcons D was always going to be knackered late in the game. The Titans are not the Patriots. With their style it is hard for them to comeback from too far down.

But that's the thing: they're not far behind and they're dominating Time in Possession. If they stay close enough, they'll have the chance to win it late.

Halftime plus getting the ball to start the half should help. I know they couldn't go for it, especially since that play last week, but I'll bet Tennessee could have gotten in on 4th and 3 from their own territory.

I think KC is going to lose this challenge. Not enough information to overturn the ruling on the field.

Great stop by the Titans. Their D just gave them a chance to win this game.

Big stop for the Titans right there. Now they need a 6+ minute long drive and some kind of score. Even a FG.

Defensive coordinator Dean Pees helped the Baltimore Ravens to the Super Bowl the hard way - playing the Indianapolis Colts, then going up to Denver to take on the Broncos. One of the greatest teams I ever saw, a bunch of grizzled old timers playing like the Dirty Dozen. Now, he's trying to drag Tennessee through the marshes the hard way.

Uh-oh, Kraft’s BFF Roger Goodell is there. Probably going to try to screw the Titans for beating New England, amirite?

Mahomes has left about 5 throws short, either resulting in incompletes or plays where guys could have run with them.
Running game is cooking!
