At least that's what CNN reports at edition.cnn.com/style/article/amphibio-underwater-breathing/index.htmlRendered future vision of how Amphibio is used. I checked and there was an episode of Voyage To The Bottom Of The Sea about people with implanted gills who went evil or crazy as a result. It of course featured Skip Homeier, the man who was the real star of Voyage. www.imdb.com/title/tt0742293/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_42Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea (1964–1968) The Amphibians 52min | Adventure, Sci-Fi | Episode aired 8 March 1965 Summary: Admiral Nelson becomes involved in a project to develop an amphibian adaption for man. He encounters conflict with the two chief scientists, rather than being cautious, both scientist want to rush ahead with research. Nelson worries what the emotional toll of the experiments may be.
Remembering Skip Homeier: Skip Homeier, Yeoman Janice Rand, Goober Pyle appear in Death Valley Days Skip Homeier, Sandy Kenyon, George Lindsey, and Grace Lee Whitney in Death Valley Days (1952) Skip Homeier on another episode of Death Valley Days

What about Anthony Piccolo from seaQuest DSV? I never watched that show. I looked it up on IMDB and Jonathan Brandis was given top credits. He committed suicide at age 27 in 2003. Terrible shame.

I'm not going unless I can ride on the back of a giant seahorse. I'd rather take the mosasaur.

He of course appeared on Perry Mason just as did every talented actor of the early to middle 1960s. You might already know that but did you know that actress Virginia Gregg appeared in both Perry Mason episodes featuring Skip Homeier? She appeared a total of four times on that show. Skip Homeier and Virginia Gregg - two geniuses of cinema. Strange but true. - The Case of the Silent Six (1965) ... Police Sgt. Dave Wolfe - The Case of the Pathetic Patient (1961) ... Dr. Wayne Edley
