Luke becomes aware of him, too. I'm right, there is potential for this series. Hmmm I suppose Luke does know what Obi-Wan looks like as he refers to the Jedi as 'Ben' when they meet in the desert in Episode 4. I'm not sure there's a lot to work with there for multiple episodes though. It would have to be quiet series that dwells more on the philosophical and religious side of Star Wars than action/adventure. Obi-Wan would be spending his time between Episode 3/4 learning to communicate with Qui-Gon through Yoda (who said he would help him learn to do so at the end of Episode 3) and watching over a young Luke...I really don't like the thought of Disney touching Luke again. Also, there isn't a lot of content there.

Any of those adventures would attract attention, especially bounty hunters..... Uncle Owen is aware of him, so he attracts attention at some point. And if he kills the bounty hunters before they notify anyone else, problem solved. Just admit I'm right, dude. I'll do that on opposite day

Obi-Wan himself has spoken on the little setback
Reminds me when Mark was happy with Colin's EP IX and KK fired him

Yeah this is Trevorrow’s (alleged) version. Some more details: Luke never died. He trains Rey, not Leia. He (using the Force) grabs Kylo’s lightsaber with his bare hand. Hux kills himself with a lightsaber as the First Order crumbles at the end. There’s some other stuff. It’s outlined in the link.

It seems he needed Luke alive after Carrie passed, but Kennedy/Johnson refused to change TLJ and he was fired.

I know Hamill implied that Trevorrow wrote Luke to be a more positive character and he was onboard with it. But “that changed” and Trevorrow was fired around the same time.

If Disney doesn't get this exactly right, it will be the final straw. Obi wan is a sacred SW character so they better not be planning on sticking him with some Mary Sue character to make him look like a buffoon.

Ongoing confrontations with sand people, jawas, large creatures, and various bounty hunters. Use your imagination. Yeah. Having big adventures is a good way to stay under the radar.... Well for one that's not the goal, that's a by product of the goal, the goal is to protect Luke, from the distance but still be close to keep the boy safe, if the Empire especially Vader encroach on Tatooine then Kenobi drawing them to him by getting off world quietly and creating some noise far away to draw Vader to him makes perfect sense.
Also keep in mind Maul at this time is out there hunting Kenobi, no way Kenobi is not on Vader's mind and Maul's antics and mission go by undetected, Maul ends up finding Kenobi not too long before Episode 4 also, at which point Obi Wan has improved as a fighter to such a degree Maul is no threat to him, Maul who has been in combat with Inquisitors and Jedi and been a dangerous threat to everyone else in the meantime, what Obi Wan somehow becomes untouchable by simply doing Jedi kata's for 20 years?
Then there is the lines from the OT which make no sense in the context of the movies, Obi Wan once thought as Luke did, when that never happens, Obi-Wan knowing Vader is machine than man, sure he knows Anakin lost all his limbs but that's hardly the making him more machine than man, there is probably something else also I am forgetting, if this is set in the middle between Ep 3 and Ep 4 Vader & Kenobi could have one more confrontation but leave enough room for it to be a long time till they meet each other once again.
Obi-Wan also didn't go unnoticed on Tatooine but it was just Tatooine seemed far enough removed that whatever he did do to get local attention didn't travel outside where he lived.

Would Mel Gibson make a good Obi Wan if Ewan exits the project ?

Having to justify what happened in a cartoon made for babies shouldn't be the goal of this TV series....

I don't think she's self-aware enough to even consider that she has.

Who said it should? also animated series mister pretentious, and that's what all of SW technically is, as said multiple times, hell the animated series treat death much more seriously than the films ever have so this is really a silly argument by you.
