Two critically acclaimed movies from this decade about artificial intelligence. Which of the two movies do you think is better?

I personally preferred Her. It's more original. But Ex Machina is a pretty good film too.

They are Both Great but I prefer Her because of Joaquin Phoenix and Scarlett Johansson's Voice.

no contest... Ex Machina ; hands down.
Ex Machina - 7/10 (amongst my favorite movies in general) Her - 4/10 (below average)
for the record... i mildly liked her on my initial viewing (i.e. 6/10) but it took a decent hit on a re-watch as it was a bit of a chore to get through as it's fairly dull overall. Ex Machina on the other hand held steady on a re-watch. Ex Machina is just flat out more interesting at the end of the day.

Hands Down Her.
Best Film of the year for me.
I liked Ex Machina as well. But Her just stuck with me for a long time.
