Sony own the rights to Spider-Woman also, they are the ones making the movie for their Sony Spiderverse not Marvel and the MCU...so Sony is doing a Spider-Woman movie befor Spider-Gwen, maybe you know how these play out, Silver & Black was something we were meant to be getting that fell through so who knows.

So it'll suck, but maybe they'll reboot in a few years and beg for Marvel's help again. We can hope.

1- Hire a woman, and not a girl to play the role. An adult woman, thanks.
2- People want Jessica Drew.
3- Use the original, classic Spider-Woman costume, which is the best female/superheroine costume of the entire Marvel Comics universe.
