It's hard not to say Wakanda because there's a lot of good world building done with it. It also looks pretty great, though personally I'd replace some of the cgi buildings with miniatures. But I'm old school like that.
Saaqkar is also pretty great though. It's quirky and bizarre but it also has some authenticity to it. For all its absurdity it still feels like it has a history and a culture.
What say you?

Ego's planet is beautiful but its ruler is kind of a dick.
Xandar seems nice.
Sakaar...does not seem nice, but it does seem like a blast if you know how to watch your six. Like the early days of Nero's empire. Very early days.
I could see living in Tony Stark's Malibu house.
I'd say Wakanda but not being able to move in and out freely is kind of a problem. I don't give a damn if it's the best place in the world, if I can't leave, it's a prison. Wakanda's really nice though.

I like those giant sidewalk aquariums on Xandar.
It's also a beautifully realized location, a great combination of cgi and practical FX. GotG 2's locations are way too digital looking.

Those two are up there. Special mention to the Kyln and Knowhere. I like the bragging rights for the latter. You live in a house, that's nice. You live in an apartment, how grand. I live in a God's severed head in space. Garbage pickup on Thursdays!
