The late nineties teen stars started it (Sarah Michelle Gellar, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Shannon Elizabeth, Denise Richards etc.), and then Tomb Raider with Angelina Jolie came out.

I guess the love scene with a young and stunningly hot Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connor in The Terminator (1984), that scene was really quite something. Because it was the first time I saw the film, and I was 11-12 years old, had only seen T2: Judgment Day (1991), so I was shocked at how bleak, hopeless and dark the original really was, not to forget about Arnie as this absolute monster, still it somehow made fantastic use, of what little "breathing space" it had, in a very erotic way, and I was completely in love with Sarah Connor back then. Everything from her huge "lion" hair, to lips, those big eyes and it also was one of the most romantic movie scenes I can think of, with the whole build up, and of course the importance of actually having Kyle Reese getting "laid". But, when I think about it, Olivia D'Abo as the young virgin princess in Conan The Destroyer (1984) was also one of those ladies I have always had a thing for, but back then I was only 9-10 years old, still I think she is very beatiful to this day. I also remember the whole confusion surround the first Conan (1982) movie, especially the scene with the beautiful and seductive witch, who offers Conan a bit of "warm and coziness" inside her hut, and I went from being, "hey, something is happening down there, what is going on?" to "what the hell?" the very moment this stunning woman suddenly turned from a total babe, into a nasty demon or beast full of claws and huge teeth. Damn that was both a strange "turn-on", but also scary at the same time.

How the hell could I forget about this lovely lady? I guess there was a reason why I so often would watch the first Crocodile Dundee (1986), over the second, and it was not just because it was the better movie.

I did not see Fast Times At Ridgemont High (1982) until I was, well aware of how things worked out and all, but if had seen it earlier, those scenes with Phoebe Cates and Jennifer Jason Leigh, would probably have caused me to "collapse", there and then. I love the film, not just because of the sexy scenes, but it is such great coming of age movie, that carefully brings along all these different and colorful types of of young and very hormon filled teenagers, who all have their own problems and so on, but I always felt kind of bad for Jennifers part, but I love the ending, and I can totally relate to how Mark Ratner kind of "chickened" out when she was trying to make a pass at him, cause when you are in that age, girls usually not only look, but act many years older, and you feel kind of "left behind".
I had a similar situation, I was just too shy, and inexperienced, and tried to play the gentleman role which for me was natural, but the girl thought I did not like her. So the next day, her best friend, suddenly began screaming at me at school, "IS SHE UGLY?" "DO YOU NOT LIKE GIRLS?", and it was just a huge shock, and it made me even more confused, because I was taught to treat girls with respect, not to be to ongoing and all that, but thankfully, not all the girls reacted that way.
