None more in my opinion than the person in Rushmore.
He just figured he would cut the brakes on the car because he doesn't like this one guy. So that he can potentially maybe kill a pedestrian. Ya that' s likeable, not.
Who else is more unlikeable than that one person? I don't know.

The two main characters in Bride Wars.
Why would a man want to be married to either of those shrews?

I would have to look over every movie I've seen to give you a concrete answer, but Scott Pilgrim is the first one to come to mind.

Almost everyone including Cate Blanchett (forgive me darling) in “Where’d You Go, Bernadette?”

Were we supposed to like the character of Michelle in Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017)? Because I sure didn’t. I thought she had a horrible personality. I haven’t seen Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019) and maybe her personality improves in that (though somehow I doubt it, based on the trailers I saw).

She has a bit more personality in FFH, although that’s thanks to far more screentime of her.

I see that the leads in MASH have already been noted.
I disliked Rocky Balboa and Ray Liotta's character in Goodfellas.
