Steven Seagal is up there. Prob Nicholas Cage too at this point. I don't think actors like Nicolas Cage and Bruce Willis should be in the conversation, because they had very successful careers in mainstream movies before they went straight-to-video. Even Steven Seagal and Jean-Claude Van Damme had a somewhat successful career in mainstream movies for about 10 years I assume that the OP is asking about actors who are mostly known for straight-to-video movies.

So instead of focusing on the has-beens, we should be focusing on the people who are the never-was?

If were talking about people known almost exclusively for straight to video and never having much of a career in theater releases, that's a bit tricky to answer. I kinda wanna say Shannon Tweed, she's probably the most well known softcore star and I'm pretty sure did almost nothing but straight to video releases (I know she had a cameo in Detroit Rock City). But I guess that would make her the "straight to video queen".

I was going to say this too. He has 575 acting credits. I can't count how many are straight-to-video but it's a lot.

Taking stock, I realize I've never owned a straight to video release.
I will say that I watched sequels to movies I liked, like Tremors & Wild Things.
