He has continued to do very good work over the years, but nothing he has done since Pulp Fiction has been anywhere near that masterpiece. So it's the 90's for me.

For me Tarantino lost his courage after Jackie Brown which far from being perfect still remains the last film where he at least tries for something which resembles growth. Something a little more nuanced; a little more complex and a lot more mature than the usual cartoonish shtick he seems content on serving up since. In terms of picking his best decade? - That's an easy one for me.
Edit: I've yet to see Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
