Rotisserie chicken from Costco from I think Thursday has been lasting. Having the last of it in salad for lunch. Though I have one more serving of salad left.
Dinner - Broiled wild sockeye salmon. Garlic/green onion teriyaki sauce and extra hot cayenne.

I just made cheeseburgers without the buns and 'colorful vegetable salad'. It's chopped cauliflower, broccoli, celery, onion, ripe olives, chopped tomatoes and a dressing of oil, vinegar and a pkg. of dry ranch dressing mix.

Had sweet corn from the Farmers market and pork burgers tonight. We finished off the sweet corn tonight. We cooked it in the microwave for the first time. Wrapping the ears in paper towels for about 8 minutes two at a time was quite tasty though time consuming to cook. We also had BLTs. I bought bacon today. Baaaaccconnn Did the corn in the microwave seem hard to you? I think the texture is too hard

It is still hot since I last wrote. But we are sick of sandwiches. So I made an El Monterey Burrito casserole.
The oven will have to be on about an hour total. That's a lot on a 100 degree day but i had to do something.
