Forgot about Paint Your Wagon. Watched for the first time recently, but couldn't cope with it all so couldn't finish. I like musicals, but this was just too much. I don't even know how to describe what I was witnessing.
Kelly's Heroes I haven't seen for years, but I find it watchable. I prefer Where Eagles Dare. I watch Where Eagles Dare now and then.

The Eiger Sanction (1975) - A cheap Bond rip-off with an utterly unlikeable hero. High Plains Drifter is actually one of my favourite Eastwoods. The rape scene turned me off in High Plains Drifter. Couldn’t watch it. I thought that rape scene was actually pretty tame compared to other films of this kind.
Perhaps what irks people about this scene is that it's done by the hero and not by the bad guys. Although in this case I would say the hero is also the bad guy. Unlike in other westerns the actual villains here aren't that threatening.
Eastwood's character is left to die by the people of Lago and comes back from the grave as a vengeful spirit prepared to burn down the whole town and destroy everyone in it. They turned him into something evil and now they will have to feel on their own skin what evil means.
For me it's a dark morality tale with some scenes of delicious black humour.

City Heat is just awful. All of his other movies range from average to great.

That is more or less the way I see it too. High Plains Drifter is not a nice movie and that is part of what makes it interesting.

The Gauntlet was ridiculous but still entertaining.
Haven't seen Firefox since it came out but it wasn't that great.
His worst, off the top of my head, was Heartbreak Ridge. Dumb. Unrealistic. Mediocre acting. Mostly just dumb. It's a war movie for armchair infantrymen.

I wouldn't say that these are his worst, but Revenge Of The Creature and Tarantula! are the cheesiest films he's appeared in. In fairness, it should be noted that he appeared in them very early in his career.

That was exactly right in my case - the rape bothered me tremendously because it was committed by a character who at that moment in the movie I thought was the good guy. How am I supposed to root for him after that? Much later on, when the entire story becomes clear, the perspective changes considerably, but by then it was too late.

Firefox. It's too much of a chore to watch, and for an espionage thriller with explosions and suspense it is quite underwhelming.
From its Wikipedia page:
Which is why the plot is pretty dull.

He's made more "worst movies" than any other actor in History. All 0/10: High Plains Drifter A Fistful of Dollars For a Few Dollars More The Outlaw Josey Wales Where Eagles Dare Firefox The Beguiled Sudden Impact The Enforcer Unforgiven Million Dollar Baby Mystic River The Gauntlet (almost forgot this one.) Can you really count "Where Eagles Dare," because Richard Burton had top billing as the stalwart British hero, and Clint Eastwood played the American punk sidekick? Some British posters may argue that's the way it should be. Before seeing the movie I actually read the book, and the movie follows the book rather closely.

For me, his worst directed was Flags of Our Fathers (2005). I wanted to like it, but I was expecting a proper war film. This was not that.

Whenever the question is asked I just answer with any movie the actor has a role in (besides cameos). In this case it is especially silly for you to bring it up imo, because Eastwood is the second or third main cast member and has a ton of screentime.
