I see you have discovered sweet chilli sauce. I put it on everything when I am in the mood. ATM it is my goto salad dressing. Trident. Good stuff. I make a wicked Thai red curry and add it to the spice paste and other ingredients with coconut cream. Delish. thai red curry???!

I cook a lot of Asian style food ( I have a Chinese son in law whose father was a chef in Chinatown ) and our Aussie supermarkets make it so easy as I buy the red curry paste add chopped chicken thighs onions capsicum Trident Sweet Chillli sauce and a can of coconut cream....to die for with Basmati or Jsmine rice and perhaps steamed snow peas or Asian greens!
