I haven’t seen many of her performances, but I thought Saoirse Ronan was rather cute in See How They Run, a movie I didn’t like: In the same movie, Pearl Chandra, an actress I don’t know, also looks great in those ’50s fashions:

The Last of Sheila (1973), a favorite of mine, was on TCM last night, and I caught a few minutes. (Incidentally, if you haven’t seen it, it’s one of the greatest mystery movies ever made, with a brilliant script by Anthony Perkins and Stephen Sondheim. And Rian Johnson’s Glass Onion, which comes out next week, appears to be a semi-remake.) Anyway, once again I thought Joan Hackett, playing the only nice person aboard a ship of truly awful people, is rather cute in it. The makeup people are trying to make her look frumpy because that’s the character, but I actually find her more attractive than Raquel Welch (who gives a wretched performance) in the same movie. Hackett’s character here, Lee Parkman, is probably also one reason I like “Lee” as a woman’s name. (My crush on Lee Remick is likely another reason.)

This person may not be a celeb, but I find this gal in the Downy commercials to be rather cute:

Always had the hots for Sarah Jessica Parker back in the 90s, specially when she starred against Bruce Willis, in the action-thriller Striking Distance (1993)I prefer her in Honeymoon in Las Vegas more. Always liked her.

Mageina TovahShe was one of those, who during the early 00s, just seemed to be "everywhere" for a while. Music videos, tv-shows and big movies, but I guess something about her just made me aware of her. She has that "mousy" cute next-door girl look, yet would mostly end up in rather tragic roles. I liked her in Hung.

Most people probably find her attractive, but I rewatched a few minutes of Leap Year (a not-especially-good-or-funny romantic comedy that is nevertheless likable and decently entertaining) the other day and remembered how much of a crush I had on Amy Adams at the time that movie came out. My favorite performance of hers remains—don’t laugh, please—her Amelia Earhart in Night at the Museum 2, which came out the year before Leap Year. She’s just so fun and spunky and attractive there, so much better than the movie deserves. I loved her in Enchanted and Miss Pettigrew Lives For A Day.
