Hello boys and girls. I need a new show to watch while I do cardio. It should be:
1. in english 2. drama 3. fairly contemporary (I am not into period dramas) 4. available in netflix, hulu, showtime or amazon prime pls 5. long form (above 45 minutes per episode) 6. with at least two seasons out 7. Made after the 90ties
Examples of shows I loved and did cardio to:
Sherlock, Bates Motel Breaking Bad, BCS, Broadchurch, Wire, Big Little Lies...Maniac, Black Mirror..
I feel like I have seen Everything. But I thought that the last time around and then this forum delivered the miracle of Broadchurch.
Do you have any tips pls?
I would be utmost grateful. Thank you and Happy New Year.

I loved Bridgerton on Netflix. It's a great period piece drama, very soapy, very sexy. I've been watching The Great British Baking Show and Ink Master when I work out. The baking show reminds me why I need to work out and Ink Master inspires me with some of the bodies I see 😂
ETA: Bridgerton isn't two seasons though. There's also Bones on Amazon. That ones a fun CSI type show.

They did a fig roll challenge and I found myself buying Fig Newtons today, lol. They'll be great with my morning coffee! But hey, that's why I get my ass in gear on my gazelle and stepper. I subscribe to the 80/20 principle. I eat 80% healthy and 20% naughty. There's a show on Netflix I want to try that's a drama. It's 5 seasons. I have no idea if it's any good, but here is the synopsis: Leaving behind her upper-crust city roots, a woman journeys west in the early 1900s to become a teacher in a small Canadian mining community.

Chernobyl. Very gripping and intense. Definitely will get your heart pumping.
As an aside. That is the reason I prefer watching action movies while doing cardio. But to each his own.

I am on episode 3 now. But I just found out who created this and now I am worried it will be stupid in the end cause this is the man who created the super stupid Lost... But maybe he learned from that finale debacle... so... I still like this but I remain aprehensive now... if it turns out its somebodys dream or some similar shit I may burn my computer

I don't know how I'm feeling about the preacher or the cult. I also started Alias Grace on Netflix. It's from the same woman who did The Handmaid's Tale. Pretty good so far.

NoraYou in season 2 yet? So far police chief's dad is my fave character. I don't think he's actually crazy. Hoping there's a connection with snake bite thing and the rest of this. There was a lot of Biblical imagery in that, but so far I'm not making a connection.
