I've seen almost everything feature-length, if not everything released theatrically that's feature-length, by these 4 directors ...
Wes Craven George Romero Tobe Hooper John Carpenter

Why did you only list 7 for him then? I think 45 minutes is considered feature length, but I could be wrong. It isn't listed as a short film. Over 40 minutes counts as a feature. I guess I just didn't count them because they were student films. Not sure how strict the OP was with regard to complete filmography. If you count, documentaries, shorts, anthology episodes, etc. I doubt there would be any director I'd seen the complete filmography of. For better or worse I included those early student films in that "secondary" category. Makes sense. I wish the OP would have been more specific, especially concerning movies made for TV.

I now can add Wes Craven and John Carpenter to my list. It's a good question as Craven, Carpenter and Hooper did some of their finest work in television and were arguably gamechangers for the developing medium (at least in genre terms and the battle against censorship).

I was wondering about David Cronenberg too. I have seen all of his movies starting with Shivers. I imagine some of his many early works were either student projects or partially funded by Canadian state television. I've seen a number of them but the only one I consistently list among my favourites / movie choices is 'Crimes Of The Future' (1970), for me, Cronenberg's 'Dark Star - THX-1138' era picture to see as an "auteur" fan if possible.

If it weren't for Piranha II, then I'd say James Cameron. Ha Ha! That is funny. But you really should just bite the bullet. "Piranha 2: The Spawning" with Tricia O'Neal is not that bad. In fact, it's the only JC movie that I half way like.

There's not too many, honestly.
John Waters, not counting the early short films
George A. Romero
I've seen every finished Orson Welles movie except The Trial and The Other Side of the Wind
