Welcome to Night Vale - Might seem a bit incoherent in the beginning till you get into and get used it. It is a radio broadcast/narration of the supernatural/bizzare happenings of a fictional town called Night Vale. It is bizzare, funny, cryptic and poetic at the same time. The main narrator has a great voice too. Twin Peaks TV series would be its cinematic equivalent.
The Serial - Season 1, about a Pakistani American was convicted of killing his korean girlfriend was thrilling. I read there was a demand for his retrail after it this podcast aired. Yet to listen to Season 2 which is about US soldier who was captured in Afghanistan by Taliban(after desertion?) and a few years later was released as as part of a prisoner exchange for five Taliban members.
suggest some more interesting ones.

Ricky Gervais' podcasts - He doesn't do them anymore but his XFM shows + podcasts number close to 200
The Intercepted with Jeremy Scahill - This just started and i's about American politics without too much of bias. Though they are too forgiving of the media.
I thought Serial had potential, but the damn host was an idiot and her investigation wasn't done right. I don't remember her ever delving into the forensic evidence.

I don't remember her ever delving into the forensic evidence. Have listened to a couple of episodes of Bugle with John Oliver. There were good. Will try Ricky Gervais' podcasts. About that Serial case I thought that guy was guilty. His only alibi being having been seen by someone(she refused to stand by it later?) in the library at the time of the girls death. He also sounded very manipulative in his interviews.
