I don`t really understand why people get obsessed with movies or books\tv shows for that matter. I mean i enjoy movies and the other stuff as much as the next person. But i don`t get obsessed about it as some people do. I am really only invested in it when i watch it.

Yeah I don't understand it either. I've never been obsessed about anything as much as some people are about their movies ex: Star Wars or music ex: Taylor Swift or Beyoncé.

I personally don't understand it but my god there are so many people out there that if you dare disagree with them or say Star Wars is bad, Taylor Swift sucks, or Beyoncé isn't actually a real queen you all know that right? You get obliterated by these obsessive fans coming out of the wood work like you're insulting their very way of life. It's very unhealthy to me.

The closest thing I can come to in regards to this obsession would be my sports teams. But those are active competitions where there is a winner and a loser so it's a lot more clear as to who is better instead of just opinions going back and forth. But even so, I enjoy dating somebody that cheers for another team because the trash talk between us can get fun.
