You picked some gems there. It's good to check out some of the latest metal out there that I haven't heard. Thanks. Happy to share my latest finds.

Ahh I don't know where to begin with my favorite rock and metal.. Here's a bunch of random ones:
Well as evident by my username I like Days of the New, lol, and you can see by my avatar pic that i like Tantric too.. But here's some other ones: Kamelot, Blind Guardian, Iced Earth, Iron Maiden, Queensryche, Within Temptation, Alter Bridge, Alice in Chains, Candlebox, KISS, Halestorm, Evanescence, Dream Theater, Guns N Roses, Black Sabbath, The Scorpions, Joe Satriani, Rush, ahh naming every rock and metal band I like would take till 3 AM, lol...

Indeed! I dunno if you've heard of Days of the New or not, they were an acoustic grunge band in the late 90s, "Touch Peel and Stand" is their most well known song, and Shelf in the Room was somewhat of a hit too.. and Tantric are some ex-members of them, Days of the New are still around with the same singer, but different other members

Nope I never did. As you know my knowledge of 90's rock is somewhat limited. I'll check'em out though

Way too many to list. I would be here all day. My top five would be Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Mercyful Fate, and Slayer. I really wish we had a heavy metal board, that was one of my few complaints of the original IMDb and could be a way that made this site even better!

I really wish we had a heavy metal board, that was one of my few complaints of the original IMDb and could be a way that made this site even better! I suggested to the Admin that this board be renamed "Rock/Metal" since that's what it was, de facto, on the IMDb. If you want to add your voice to mine on this subject you can go here: imdb2.freeforums.net/thread/2117/heavy-metal-music-section
