is it accurate to call Goodman's role in 10CL supporting? He's maybe more co-lead but many people consider him supporting.

I think everybody has their own favourite from Moonlight. Sanders was very good although I preferred Jharrel Jerome in his section and, up until the beach scene, 'Chiron' was arguably the most generic segment. But I could probably fill out a Supporting Actor ballot from that film.
Anyway, I voted for two, Sanders and Bridges. Have only seen a couple of the others.
1. André Holland, Moonlight 2. Mahershala Ali, Moonllight 3. Jeff Bridges, Hell or High Water 4. Trevante Rhodes, Moonlight 5. Lucas Hedges, Manchester by the Sea

The weak link of the ensemble as far as I'm concerned.

Different strokes etc! It was a difficult role and I thought Hedges nailed it. I admired how he modelled much of his body language and vocals on Affleck’s – Patrick loved his uncle as a kid and has clearly been influenced by him over the years. He portrayed him as cocky and self-assured, but also deeply hurt by the blows his young life has thrown at him.

He came off as almost nothing imo. I really would compare his performance to a blank of wood. He's a large part of why I dislike the movie.
