I also recall a large chunk of audience at Rocky 2, guffawing and giggling when Rock and Adrian were cooing over their newly born baby.........who had quite a hairy head. This itself did not make me laugh....but I was in the minority
Another time during a serious scene in The Remains of Day, someone had broken wind quite loudly, albeit squeekily in a quiet tender moment between Tony Hopkins and Emma Thompson. There was no minority here, the packed audience were as one....in fits....destroying the gravitas of the moment.

the scene in "Umberto D" when Umberto need to make change, so he buys a glass/cup, and without looking, throws it, and smashes into pieces on the ground, and he doesn't show any interest.
51 minute mark. My brother out of all people (who doesn't watch movies) pointed this part out after I asked for his review.
