Not knowing that the dinosaurs will escape and kill people? In the first one the lawyer mentions something about charging $10,000 which I thought was absurd, even from a business standpoint you're really limiting your customer base. Not including travel and lodging, I'd probably be willing to drop $1000 for a day pass.

Probably on coupon day.

I probably wouldn’t. In all honesty if there were an island in Costa Rica with contained dinosaurs I’d probably still never go. Even if the cost were reasonable.

Resorts or beach or a Steelers game or something. If they put a branch of the park within 3-4 hours of my house I’d probably go.

The novelty would wear off fast. It's like going to the zoo. You'd be bored in 10 seconds. I'd pay a tenner.

Absolutely nothing.
I think such an idea to be far too risky.
I'd campaign to have the park shut down and the animals humanely destroyed.

Yet one of the complaints for Jurassic World was the idea of the park resorting to gimmicks because consumers were getting bored of regular dinosaurs. I probably wouldn't go over $200 a day. And it'd probably be a one and done.

Guaranteed no eating of the tourists because of technical glitches ?
Unlimited funds ?
Whatever the charge would be for a life time membership ... thanks very much !
OR, better yet a job on the island with room and board and days off and no heavy lifting !

I would be willing to pay 3-4 thousand for the whole trip - airfare, lodging, park fees and food - for four or five days.
I would do that ONCE to see live dinosaurs. It is very unlikely that I would want to go multiple times.

Now that I think about it, there is a way you could make Jurassic Park safe, most of the problems in the movies weren't from dinosaurs in general, it was typically the large dangerous carnivores (specifically raptors and t. rexes). The obvious solution would be to just breed herbivores (a tricerotops prolly wouldn't be any more dangerous than an elephant). Maybe dilosophaurs would be ok (so as long as they're behind glass windows).

I really couldn't be bothered to watch the movie series itself beyond the first one. Just not interested in dinosaurs in general.

Nothing, if I end up working at one of the exhibits, preferably with a mild mannered herbivorous dinos

It would be better off as a secluded location, with closed circuit cameras for free online viewing. Not cages, I mean cameras perched from treetops or along hunting routes.
As they say in the first one, they're really just like big cows. JW2's auction scene was pretty dumb like that - they're just dinosaurs, they're not sci-fi monsters out to fight & kill everything in sight... that auction scene seemed to treat them all like hyped & angry monsters.
Like safari... go to watch the lions? They sleep all day, hunt at night when you're not looking. Then again, I'm sure ppl today pay out thousands of dollars for safari experiences...

Considering I've never even been willing to spend the money it takes to go to Orlando and spend a day at Disney or Universal, there's probably no discount that could coax me into flying to San Diego then taking a cruise ship or helicopter ride to Jurassic Park, and I'm sure you'd have to stay overnight in Costa Rica either in the coming or going, or even both. The cost would be astronomical. It seemed what you would get at Hammonds Park would be the tour, which looking at the map I'd guess would take about three hours to do, then he said other rides and attractions would come online later. Masrani's park in Jurassic World looks much less like a safari tour and much more like a regular theme park where it's a free for all of lines and people bumping into each other. I don't know about anyone else, but I watched those scenes and thought they were great for the movie (though I don't get the cold color scheme logo in a tropical theme park? Why not stick with the red, green, yellow?), it looks like something I'd never have any desire to do. I'm to the point I can't even stand going to Cedar Point or Progressive Field in my own region because it's too expensive, too hot, too many people bumping into each other.

You can experience being the first ppl on Mars right now today... just ship an old boxcar container to Antarctica, lock yourself in for the rest of existence eating dirt plants & drinking urine.
