IF you had a time machine where would you go first ... and why ? Where else would you go if you survived that first trip?

First i would go to the The Great Exhibition at the Crystal Palace in 1851, just to see what it was like.
Second i would go back like 150.000 years to observe Neanderthals, to see how they really lived, to see how they communicated, to see how different and similar they where to humans.

1. To 1914 so I can stop Franz Ferdinand from getting shot
2. To the 1980s since that looked like a fun decade

Ancient Greece, probably. I would love to see the old ruins intact, and be able to observe their culture and religion.

I would go back to the Italian High Rennaissance period and become a student of Leonardo Da Vinci.

The best thing would be if time travel was possible but we could do it without physically travel in time.
Like lets say a special tv was invented. and all you need to do what to write in place, year and date and if you knew event. Like if you wanted to see the great exhibition at Crystal Palace in 1851. All you would need to do to see that would be to write 1 of may 1851 Crystal Palace, London. The great exhibition and just push play on the remote and you would actually see the opening of the great exhibition at Crystal Palace in 1851.
Or you could pick a random person famous or non famous and follow them for a day or more.
That would be the best say to do time travel, you could just sit at home in 2022 and just watch the past like you where watching a movie or tv show. Which means that you could watch anything you wanted from the past.
This would be a better way to do, time travel than to psychically go back in time and safer.
You know a time travel app.
