22nd Century?
Maybe people on this board from ages 0-10 most likely and most probably will make it.
How many people here will make it to the 2050s-2070s, provided nature takes its course?
Will anybody here not make it to the 2050s, naturally speaking?

I would like to have a long life but the way AI is developing, there wouldn't be much for me to do if I lived that long.

Is Anyone Bummed Out That They Won't Make It to the 22nd Century? Frankly no, as the 21st Century has turned out to be such a disappointment. We didn't get a rotating space station or a permanent moon base by 2001. 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968)And we didn't get VTOL flying cars by 2019. Blade Runner (1982)But the good news is it's 2022 and we're not eating this. Soylent Green (1973)

I was born in 1983 so i would say its possible that i will make it to 2050s-2070s.
But no i am not bummed out that i will not live to see the 22nd Century
I mean unless i live to be almost 120, but i don`t think that will happen.

Nope. The way I live I'll be lucky to make it to 2030 besides the human species is doomed and I doubt the next century will be much fun for those who have to go through it.

As for that last one, there's always a silver lining.

I would like to have a long life but the way AI is developing, there wouldn't be much for me to do if I lived that long. What about much to see, though? Good question. I would imagine that at that point VR would let us experience an alternative life and reality would seem dull by comparison. The trouble is that you would be easily controllable by the AIs and they would play you like a fiddle.
