Resident Evil 0. Brought back the memories of the PS1 games of the 90's and I liked it. Kids nowadays wouldn't last long playing with the retro controls

A shame they haven't upgraded it for the PS4 like they did with GTA V.

They upgraded a lot of games for ps4, but not the one everyone wanted. I would have bought it again if it came out for ps4. I was playing Elder Scrolls Online for a while, but Im done with it for a bit. I need to play something different for a while, I don't know what yet, but I have options.

They released an upgrade patch for the Xbox One X, making the game 4K and better optimized. (still uses the original Xbox disc [or store download])
I still haven't got a current gen console as I'm a PC gamer guy. I hate what Rockstar do with their game releases, releasing them only on consoles first then PC ages later. And they remain silent on a release so people don't wait for the PC version. RDR never even came to PC so that only helps them. If it were anything else other than a RDR/GTA game I'd probably just boycott the console releases and wait, but since their games are so good I'll probably just have to cave and buy an Xbox.

I've always preferred to play games on a video game console - Playstation - rather than a computer. However, I don't see why various game developers are so fussy or picky about which formats their games are released in or become available in later down the line. Surely from the perspective of the game developers, it's a case of the more the merrier?
Anyway, I don't play many different types of games these days. In fact, the last game I bought was GTA V for the PS4. The last game I bought previous to that one was GTA V for the PS3. And I expect that the next two games I'll buy will be RDR 2 and GTA VI. But to put it quite frankly, if it's not available on Playstation, I'm just not interested.

I'm not much into games. I don't have a Playstation or an Xbox. I assume you mean a game that has lots of levels and stages. The last game I did that with was one that came installed on my apple computer about 12 years ago called Deimos Rising.

I just finished replaying Mafia (2002) (on PC) yesterday on Aug 27th which took me 4 days to finish (Aug 23rd through Aug 27th) and Aug 27th happens to land on it's 16th anniversary since it's initial release as I first played it back then when it was new and replayed it here and there as the years passed. Mafia (2002) is one of the rare games I would classify as a masterpiece as that game holds up on replays as the years pass. just a solid experience as that game (and the other two for that matter) wipes the floor with the Grand Theft Auto series if you ask me. bottom line... Mafia (2002) (on PC) is my #1 all-time favorite single player video game experience as I think it beats pretty much all gangster movies with the exception of Road to Perdition (2002). NOTE: the game starts off a bit slow but picks up and is solidly paced and is also more challenging then most shooters. on a side note... it's weapon reloads are more realistic in the sense it's not like a typical modern shooter where you can fire off one shot and reload your gun and it simply deducts one bullet from your reserves. in this game if you do that, you will lose all of the ammo in the gun be it a pistol or tommy gun etc which forces you to be a bit more strategic in reloading your weapon so you run the ammo as low as you can before reloading to minimize ammo waste etc.
NOTE: there is at least two actors who appeared in The Sopranos (1999-2007) that voice two characters in Mafia (2002) which are your two main buddies, Paulie(William DeMeo)/Sam(Matt Servitto). Servitto has a decent speaking role in The Sopranos so his voice will sound familiar but DeMeo I don't think speaks in The Sopranos.

During the Summer got a month of Gamepass on the Xbox and played and finished the above Dead Rising 3 and Resident Evil 0 and
Dead Island: Definitive Collection, absolutely adored this one, yeah it had loads of bugs but this zombie fan felt right at home, it was terrifying and serious at times but there was just so much hacking fun and I wasn't expecting it to be so huge
Resident Evil: Revelations 2, it was slow to get going after the ultra violence of above but once again a RE game didn't let me down, wish I had the time to play for that different ending
Rise of the Tomb Raider(15) Best TR since the first ones on the PS1 back in the 90's

Assassin's Creed: Origins.
Next up (when it is released), the new Spiderman game. Until then, I suppose I can be happy with Origins DLC.

Journey(12) Beautiful experience
Ghost Recon: Future Soldier(12) Different kind of fun shooter than I'm used to
Serious Sam 3: BFE(11) Mental shooter, thought it wouldnt end, great fun
Proteus(13) Well one of the endings anyway. Enjoyed this little short one on a quiet day at work. Might give it another go on a bigger screen
