Rewatched it, hasn't lost any of its charms. Still an inventive gore fest and an effective mystery.

Watched this a few weeks ago. I dug it. The cooking scene was the hardest kill to watch. Didn’t realize this was another film based on those old death proof/planet terror trailers. It’s the multiverse we deserve.

Roth was smart in making it mostly it's own thing as opposed to just a 90 minute version of the trailer.

The April Fools shutdown last year broke my routine of checking into this place rather frequently. Kind of took a lot of the wind out of my sails here. I still like checking in from time to time especially on the horror board. Yea I didn’t even realize it spawned from Grindhouse until after I had seen it and was looking up trivia and casting and stuff.

I didn't realize how bad it'd gotten until yesterday when I was pretty much the only person talking about the Oscars. I would migrate but it'd feel like starting all over again. As for Grindhouse, all that's left are Werewolf Women of the SS (Rob Zombie) and Edgar Wright's Don't.

I don’t blame you. lol The Don’t trailer was my favorite from Grindhouse because the Donts kept coming faster and faster.
