Sydney, Australia television schedule for Saturday 13 June 1987. Lots and lots of films and TV movies on the schedule. Lots of cartoons too. A mix of high-brow and low-brow shows. Irish television schedule for Sunday 22 November 1987. The source is the issue of "The Observer" for that date. Note: So far over the last few months, in terms of 1980s TV schedules, I've posted four United States over-the-air schedules, four Australian schedules, three British schedules, three Danish schedules, and this is my third Irish schedule. I've also posted some United States cable schedules. London, England television schedule for Sunday 14 February 1982. I notice that with old TV schedules, the educational classroom shows are rarely listed on IMDb. If you ask me, someone should make pages for them. If anyone asks "Have you learned anything from posting these schedules", yes, for example I've bought several shows on DVD after seeing them on an old schedule. Maybe other people might do the same? But I've also learned that many interesting-looking shows are unavailable on DVD. A real shame. There's so much good stuff NOT on DVD, yet so much crap has been given a DVD release. Figure that out. Danish television schedule for Sunday 7 March 1982. Only a single station. The schedule includes news, a TV play, and a classic Hollywood film. Not bad at all. I've seen much worse schedules than this. 2:40PM - Film: The Male Animal (1942) 4:15PM - Sportsekstra 5:30PM - Døren går op-hvem kommer ind? 5:55PM - Sportsekstra 7:20PM - Programoversigt 7:30PM - TV-avisen/ Søndagsmagasinet8:30PM - Artister fra Kina 9:20PM - TV Play: L'homme sandwich (this was a French production, I wonder if it was dubbed or subtitled) 10:55PM - (TH) TV-avisen

Hartford, Connecticut television schedule for Friday 9 January 1987. The source is the newspaper "Hartford Courant" for that date. The area had the "big 3" networks, plus PBS, along with three independent stations (whose schedules are pretty awesome). The newspaper source has some errors (and I may have made errors in copying the info), but still, this is a good look into a day of programming. One show on the schedule, "Ryan's Hope" on independent station channel 61, may appear to be an error, but isn't, as it appears the ABC station in the area (channel 8) preempted the show....it was not unheard of for a network show to be preempted by the affiliate for the network, and the show to be picked up by an independent station in the area. Note: I don't have the overnight schedule. Wollongong, Australia television schedule for Monday 6 June 1988. Relatively few people lived in Wollongong at the time, hence only three stations. However, the population has increased since then and now Wollongong has a much wider array of over-the-air channels (15 according to Wikipedia). The reason I post this schedule is because it features a station called WIN, which by 1988 was turning itself into a network. Would you say WIN's schedule was full of "win"? Was their line-up "epic"? Or was WIN more like FAIL? Just curious what everyone's thoughts are. Personally, I think their line-up for 6 June 1988 was mostly "win" with a small amount of "fail".
