There's probably a bunch of stuff they came out with in the last several years I haven't even tried yet. I'm a huge fan of peanut butter. I try not to go crazy on that stuff because of the insane calories on some of them, but on holidays it's nice to dabble a little bit. Peanut butter can be addictive heehee. My Malshi puppies love it too and anytime we have peanut butter here especially on toast they go crazy and wag their tails, make cry noises and jump up and down and we have to share some of it with them or put it in a kong. All good things tend to have a lot of calories but I am one of those people that don't put on weight - probably 'cause I walk and run a lot so I can dabble more than my friends but I don't overload on it. That's so funny about the dogs. I guess it doesn't matter if you're human or any kind of animal, Peanut butter is for everybody! Like you said, exercising and a certain amount of moderation is the key. I'm the same way In the sense that I tend to not put on a lot of weight, but it can be just enough to where I notice it a little bit if I really go all out. And with things like peanut butter, sometimes once I start I just can't stop

So sorry to read here Mr. Dacron that you have a toothache . Is it a tooth / nerve ending sensitivity problem to certain very hot or really cold foods perhaps ?

A bowl of Rice Bubbles (aka Rice Krispies) with full cream milk.
8/10.
The cereal was introduced in 1928. It turns 90 years old next year. I hope Kellogg's does something special to celebrate.

Toasted sourdough bread with Vegemite.
8/10. Good while eaten, but the lingering aftertaste is superb.

I ate a bag of Cobs brand "Hip Chips", Sweet Chilli and Sour Cream flavour. According to the bag, it is "gluten free", has "nothing artificial" and is "never oily", but that doesn't matter to me, I just enjoy the taste. It's very tasty. 8/10. While eating it I read pages about the early days of the space programme, on this website: www.astronautix.com/

Thanks so much DebLovesBeccy for your concern and this nice reply . At least I can still eat peanut butter I just substitute dairy products for the vegan version foods now ( which these days have a lot more choices ) . Well, that is a good thing at least and you are right about there being a lot more choices of foods for vegans these days. Aside from eating some seafood such as prawns, seafood sticks and extender, calamari rings and occasionally fish I am a vegetarian and it is easier getting food that isn't meat than it used to be here and a lot of restaurants and even take away shops now have a selection of foods for vegetarians and vegans to eat so you don't have to worry about going somewhere and not being able to get anything that once had a face on it. Have you tried Nutella? I am not sure if that is classed as a dairy product but it is my favourite spread next to Peanut Butter and Cheesybite. I actually did check the product Nutella a couple of years ago and it does have a dairy product in it - skim milk ( oh well ) . Of course I will stay with the old standby peanut butter it hasn't let me down yet . Occasionally I will make a nice vegan chocolate sauce from my selected and assorted recipes that I have collected over the years from either online or in my vegan cookbooks too . It's really good to have different options either have it homemade or store bought for me it's all good . Again thanks so much DebLovesBeccy for your very kind replies . PS - I really like your animal / critter movable emoticons these are so adorable too .

I went Reese's Peanut Butter Cup crazy back in the 1980's and just couldn't get enough of these either . Unfortunately I can't eat these anymore because these contain dairy products and now I am allergic to it . Thanks so much DebLovesBeccy for your reply . I am sorry you can't have peanut butter cups anymore. But hopefully there's plenty of other great snacks you can have being this is Halloween. Thanks so much for your concern and your reply also jayhn1111 . I actually made for this October season a vegan cinnamon apple sauce cake it was so deliciously awesome and so easy to make too . I'm a big cinnamon fan as well and it also goes wonderfully with chocolate too . Most likely I will make this again for the month of November also . Vegan cooking is very easy & versatile indeed .

Most definitely agree here jayhn1111 cinnamon just like chocolate and peanut butter are a wonderful year round set of food products . Yet if we notice at certain times of the seasons we tend to crave particular flavors of foods more so than others . It must just be the spirit of the seasons taking a comforting hold on us with our senses too perhaps ? I say either way it can be all good here as well . Also you don't have to be a vegan to enjoy vegan foods either that is what is great about it as well . Thanks so much again jayhn1111 for your nice reply .
