Animation or anything drawn?
Because if anything drawn there are a whole lot of comic book movies out there.
I use to love watching the Robin Williams Popeye growing up.

I seen popeye recently, I found it strangely fascinating and I cannot even put my finger on why. I don't know why I brought up this topic. I don't even think anything can top Popeye tho.

Besides Popeye, I liked the Casper movie with Christina Ricci. Speaking of her, Speed Racer wasnt that bad either.
But yeah, live action versions of cartoons are generally crap. The animated movie "Scooby Doo on Zombie Island" is a million times better than the live action one.
