I'd like to see a sequel to this: I loved it so much I bought a sword from the movie from The Prop Store of London. Why not get the original cast back together and have Robin go after his son who has run off to fight in The Crusades like he did? What an exciting story that could be! RIP Michael Kamen

Why is there some love triangle between Will Scarlett and Robin? Between making the movie gritty, its seems another trope for Robin Hood to appeal towards a modern audience is making him an overblown, cocky jerk who happens to get stuck in a love triangle with Marion.

Well they made them brothers in Prince of Thieves. Not excited but not repelled either. Anything goes at this point. Already fresher than another origin story. Sounds like a premise for a novel, so why not a movie if they can handle it. Speaking of novels, anyone read the Outlaw series by Angus Donald? Fun take on the legends.

Or this: I want to see the follow up to this one. But sadly it will never happen. Mel Brooks is the best, but he's 90 and there isn't another director out there like him. Cary Elwes was perfect for this type of parody.

My main concern is Amy Pascal, I think she's an incompetent producer. She has the inability to understand how a movie is made, and what it needs, seeing a message far over quality, dumping/postponing a certain film's production to appease a spoiled actress's (Angelina Jolie) desires. Margot needs to run far from Pascal.....now. But story sounds cool, and it would have been nice to see it tied into the upcoming Robin hood film.

This looks like a mess. That said, it couldn't be worse than Ridley Scott's version.
