1. Alien (1979) - A masterpiece and my favourite horror movie of all time.
2. Predator (1987) - Best movie of 1987.
3. Aliens (1986) - Fun follow-up which has the good sense not to attempt to imitate the original. Cameron's second greatest film.
4. Predator 2 (1990) - Clever and underrated sequel.
5. Alien 3 (1992) - Grim. Tries hard to recreate the feel of the 1979 film in an even bleaker setting. It's decent, but pales in comparison to the earlier films.
6. Alien: Resurrection (1997) - Not as bad as people make out and contains some stunningly grotesque visuals and make-up effects. Greatly inferior to the earlier films though.
7. Alien Vs Predator (2004) - Not a good film by any means, but ends up being kinda dumb fun.
8. Predators (2010) - Mostly terrible.
9. Alien Vs Predator: Requiem (2007) - Quite literally unwatchable (as in it's hard to see exactly what's happening on screen owing the appalling lighting).
