Musicals are nothing but idiotic piles of crap seen through the eyes of a hippy on LSD. They are made and appeal to morons with coloured hair and cowboy boots. But...this is a good movie. It mocks musicals and the idiots that like them and for that I find it very funny. Also, as much as I hate to admit it, the songs in this movie are very catchy and funny. It also helps that I am a big South Park fan.

Indeed they are catchy, and well written.. I even like the Michael McDonald song "Eyes of a Child", played in the end credits.. the song was written by Trey Parker as a comic spinoff of ballads played in the end credits of Disney movies, but it IS actually really good..
