Obviously he was joking, but technically none of the three movies/franchises discussed (Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Blade Runner) are reboots. They are all sequels.
The fan's question was wrong. He should have said "revived" instead of "reboot". Ford really wouldn't want to reboot his franchises because that means he wouldn't appear in them at all. At least not in the main role.

Fuck Harrison Ford. There, I said it. You know, I'm not sure what it is, but I feel like he's a totally different guy now. He seems to just want to do stuff for the money or nostalgia now. I never once thought of him as "Old Indiana" in Kingdom of the Crystal Skull or "Old Han" in The Force Awakens. He was playing "Old Harrison", which is a lot worse than "Classic Harrison".

He was a decent actor in the 70s and if you listen to the few interviews he did-like one he did after SW, he sounded like he took acting seriously, but his range was limited.
I thought one of his two best roles were in the tv movie the Possessed (made before SW was released) and Force 10 From Navarone. And he was good in tense situations like Air Force One (but it helped to be working opposite Gary Oldman). Decent at comedy when he had the right material.
But he realizes that the business is in bad shape and he was one of the biggest beneficiaries of the new Hollywood which emphasized FX over characterization and story. I can't say I am surprised, but he looks so bloody old...at least when Basil Rathobone or Lon Chaney did a bad movie, they needed the money--in this case Ford doesn't. Hell, he could easily finance his own swan song movie and go out with some respect. Oh well.
Sean Connery had more class. He quit the business when he realized it was not going to give him good roles (and he was badly treated on LEGM).
Michael Caine? Well-he was able to go into supporting roles more gracefully and admitted he made bad movies for a buck.

Ford would be perfect for a Grumpy Old Man reboot.
Loved him as a kid, but his sour disposition gets a bit tiresome. He's famous more for luck, than talent. If he hadn't been doing carpentry for Lucas, history would be vastly different.
