The rumor is it's Joanna Lumley, but I don't think that's her.
Looks more to me like Playboy playmate Bebe Buell (Liv Tyler's mother).

EDIT: Another suspect that I've seen on another forum is horror queen Barbara Crampton. She's a little too short for it, though. Her eye color is green while the girl in the video appears to have blue eyes. (EDIT" My mistake - Barbara Crampton has blue eyes. Still a bit short for the woman in the video, I think). |

Looks very much like Joanna Lumley, not positive tho, look at her nose in the video and a known pic. of her on google images etc., nose looks very similar. Upon close inspection, she's the best match of the four ladies mentioned.
