Just to repeat the puzzle for this page.
Connect the following names. No cryptics etc. Can be movie related, but not necessarily so. Movies is NOT the prime connection.
Clarissa Charles Leigh Louise Cyril Horatio Mary Norman

I'll bump mine as well. A little disappointed since there have been way more difficult ones.
---
"Concrete jungle where dreams are made of"
"Hey mama, look at me, I'm on my way to the promised land"
"For here, Am I sitting in a tin can, Far above the world"
"This summer I hear the drumming, Four dead in Ohio"
"Are we out of the woods yet?, Are we out of the woods?, Are we in the clear yet?"
---
Think of it like this: what are these lyrics describing? It might help if you're unfamiliar with the lyrics to Google them, which will give you their song titles. After you get that connection, a particular movie franchise should come to mind.

oh...I'm not a fan of "horror franchises", simply because the first in the series is usually pretty good, which ultimately leads to its downfall as producers/writers milk it for all its worth because all they care about is money.
The list of examples backs up my point: Saw - first one was so good, and then it went downhill quicker than an olympic skiier, only watch 2 and 3 Final destination - first one was ok, but the second was so bad I didn't even bother with more Nightmare on elm street - watched 2 and 3 then gave up Friday the 13th- watched the first 4, and I deserve credit lol, I'm pretty sure they eventually reached double figures for sequels psycho (perhaps not an ideal example as the sequels were YEARS later, but crap nonetheless) Howling - best not to pass comment on those festering turds they called sequels
Trying to think of a franchise which was watchable all the way through....perhaps "Cube" and its 2 sequels...true, both were not as good as the first, but they were ok.

Horror deals me out entirely. Never watch 'em.

Oh man, I thought mine was good as solved with that hint. Even just their titles should be a giveaway. Lol.

moviebuffbradIs the connection the Friday the 13th franchise? I must confess I’ve never seen any of those movies. But, whether yea or nay, very clever work! alfromniApologies, m’friend, I’ve seen your PMs—I’m still working on it…

Nice work, Salzmank. I don't follow the horror franchises but I never could have guessed that Jason had been to space.

They all played Molly Ringwald's dad? That's a bingo Actually Paul Le Mat didn't play Ringwalds dad. He played a arm wrestler who had a teen stowaway in his truck. Ringwald was running away from a abusive father in the PK movie. Sorry for correcting this.
