I think so. Even Return of the Jedi ISN'T in the same league as the two previous films, but was necessary so as to not end on a cliffhanger.

I think the last great one was The Empire Strikes Back, but I've watched them all and I will continue to watch them all because I want to know where the story goes.

I didn't vote due the bias nature of the selections, but my answer is ultimately no. The prequels themselves weren't good, but the expanded stories they started are. The Force Awakens was intriguing and I like the idea of spin off films if done right.
