But then thought, screw it. Nobody cares. Nobody will even read it. New season almost within sight, think it will be good. Much better than last season. Last season was almost entirely just set-up for this one. Had the marathon on in the background today, not reall intently watching, since I've seen it many times before.... Season 2....while slow and dragging at times, there were some really good moments... Dale's death, Sophia's death, the conflict and ultimate confrontation between Rick and Shane, the destruction and exodus from the farm. Season 3....intro of Michone, finding and clearing the prison, the prisoners, (especially Axel and Oscar), the Governor's appearance, Merle's reappearance, OMG: Lorie's death and Carl having to put her down. I forgot how intense that was!
This show was so awesome at one time, let's hope we can see some of that again!

Gimple mentioned on Talking Dead last night that Maggie would not have her baby this season. So they're going drag that whole pregnancy drama out? Ugh. (unless of course he means she loses the baby or dies, which means knowing the show's writers it's going to turn out horribly anyway)

I know it's still off season, but I was feeling like Tom Hanks in "Castaway" with only my volleyball! Well since the actress is not pregnant in real life, they have been able to stretch it out. How long was S7 supposed to cover? Just a month or so? I don't think it will be a drama, other than her friends wanting her to lay low and play it safe, which she wont do. Without spoiling anything, Maggie's baby will be fine I think. We might not see the birth, unless they do a little time jump at the end of S8. Pretty sure S9 will be a significant time jump and the baby will be a toddler. Meanwhile Rosita is pregnant in real life. Notice she was shot in the shoulder? So she will probably be sidelined in a way to hide her pregnancy, like they did for Tara.

Hopefully she doesn't gain anywhere near as much weight as the Tara actress did.

Some drop it off afterwards easier than others.

I would have loved to see what he would have done with it! He was a perfectionist who always wanted "movie" quality in the show. Of course, this is also the reason he "parted ways" with AMC. They just wanted it quick, cheap, and 16 eps a season.
