Always buy hot or hotter, which is sort of silly because I can turn anything to scalding with a shake of ground habanero or ghost pepper.
I like Mezzetta's Twist & Shout Habanero but can't get it in Texas because they think local is better, outside of the mainstream national salsas. Also get Kylito's Scorching, Jardine's Ghost Pepper. Got something at Aldi I liked a lot (thicker) but don't have Aldi here yet.
