"The Hitchhiker" "Eye of the Beholder" "The Sixteen-Millimeter Shrine" "The After Hours" "Living Doll" "Queen of the Nile" "Ring-a Ding Girl" "A World of Difference" "It's a Good Life" "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet" "Stopover in a Quiet Town" That's another excellent list for a DVD or Blu-ray version TZ Mini Marathon too . Thanks Christian for your reply .

This question is way too difficult for me to answer. Just too many great episodes in this series. I totally agree robertnyc so many excellent episodes in this one show talk about having some prime choices . You're Avatar is clever & awesome here which Original Star Trek episode is that from ? ( * Also that show is on today on the channel BBCA starting at 4PM ) Thanks robertnyc for your reply .

I nominate mszanadu as the room hostess and our leader. She made this all possible There was an episode I was thinking about today and maybe you guys remember it. My memory is a little fuzzy about it though. But it had to do with a guy that worked in an office, had a wife and family and all that. Then he comes to find out that that was all within the confines of a tv show he was in and that wasn't his real life. Also another one where a guy completely loses his identity. He wakes up and his wife doesn't know who he is and nobody in the whole town including his own mother knows him. Thanks so much jayhn1111 for your very kind words here you're very nice and I truly appreciate this from you as well . I really hope this doesn't sound totally stupid here but just curious to know - What is a room hostess ( is this an internet term ) ? Here also was my subject post from the Suggestion Box Board - Sub-board Request Here Please The episode you were asking about is called - A World of Difference Also here is the other episode you mentioned here too - Person or Persons Unknown These are another set of intriguing & favorite episodes of mine too - in my top 10 TZ List somewhere . Again thanks so much jayhn1111 . Oops an old habit from going in chat rooms for so many years. Forum hostess would be the appropriate name lol THanks for giving me the links. It made me want to watch them. Most of these episodes I haven't seen probably in over 25 years. Which makes it all the more awesome when I do watch them.

That's totally OK jayhn1111 I'm still on the old school side here when it comes to computers and the internet lingo anyway ( those kids today and their fancy new internet terms ? ) . You're most welcome for the links too - sometimes it's just a lot faster for me to just send these Wiki TZ better show explained ones than me muddling through trying to remember what exactly these were about . The storylines , music , and wanting to see Rod Serling always makes me want to watch this show - seriously though . That's why I just had to get this collection on DVD ( and not totally be at the mercy of the TV Schedule ? ) .

It's so true, so many prime choices from the entire run of this show. Very difficult to narrow down even a top ten. Although I like a majority of the hour long episodes, they would likely rate lower than the others. Aside from that, so much high quality writing, acting and the entire production was top rate. Thank you again about the avatars. It's from the third season episode Turnabout Intruder. I like yours as well.

My Avatar is from the classic film - Harvey 1950 and is my second favorite movie of all time too . I'm actually watching the original Star Trek on BBCA right now from season 2 episode 8 - " I, Mudd " .

It's great to see that there's a place for just The Twilight Zone. I find it hard to pick just one or even a handful of Zones. That said, I'll give it a whirl: Where Is Everybody?
What You Need
A Nice Place To Visit
Elegy
The After Hours
The Howling Man
The Hitch-Hiker
Nightmare As A Child
The Whole Truth
The Grave
Will The Real Martian Please Stand Up?
A Passage For Trumpet
The Midnight Sun
Night Call
Stopover In A Quiet Town
Ring-A-Ding Girl These are another excellent set of episodes here too telegonus . If you have the collection on DVD or Blu-ray you can watch these episodes in this order as a mini marathon of your choice too . I do that sometimes with my TZ collection and it makes this show even more fun to watch ( also get my TZ Binge Watch Fix too ) . Plus you won't have to wait for the Big SyFy Marathons twice a year although that is a lot of fun too it's worth it just watch and discuss here with fellow TZ Fans . Thanks telegonus for your reply . Alas, I don't mszanadu. However I watch the Zone regularly on MeTV. My list rather favored first seaon eps, though I'm in the minority in liking a lot of fifth seasons ones as well, and that seems to be the least liked of all TZ seasons, but not by me. Some good, offbeats eps in that last season, including The 7th Is Made Up Of Phantoms, What's In The Box, Come Wander With Me and The Fear.

Five Characters in Search of an Exit - (even though it was really only one). This has always been my favorite.
A Game of Pool
I've always been very fond of Come Wander With Me.
I never really watched the other series. I saw the '80s Zone episode about a deadly button that a Cameron Diaz movie was based on. And another story where a Jewish Man returns to his past, befriends himself and gets to talk to his Father again. I think Tales From the Darkside is better than '80s Zone.
There's this cool story from the 2002 version where Katherine Heigl goes back in time with the objective of killing baby Hitler to save the future from dystopia. Now that's a story!

The 80'S TZ was good but agree Tales from the Darkside definitely had it's own unique eerie style too . Thanks so much kaasa for your reply .

As someone who's worked as a bank teller in the past and an avid reader, this is one of my favorite episodes of any television show.
