A far-too-general question, I know, but is anyone here a fan of the Surrealists? Dalí and Magritte are two of my favorite painters.

I would say I like Magritte but I love Dali. The difference is in the colors and "range (or depth)" of the paintings, that's what makes the difference in my book. While technically speaking he may not be part of the surrealist movement, I find De Chirico ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giorgio_de_Chirico#Style) fascinating:

I like Dali alright but really love Magritte (as one might guess from my avatar).

How many surrealists does it take to change a light bulb?
A fish.
