I've never thought about a different kind of ketchup. Maybe some jalapeno type of thing or that bacon ketchup would be cool though

Banana ketchup or banana sauce is a popular Philippine fruit ketchup condiment made from mashed banana, sugar, vinegar, and spices. Its natural color is brownish-yellow, but it is often dyed red to resemble tomato ketchup.  |

I think Sriracha would be good mixed in with ketchup. Sriracha is a type of hot sauce or chili sauce made from a paste of chili peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt.  |

I think I can answer the question. There are so few brands because Heinz is almost universally recognized as the real thing. It is, in fact, the original tomato ketchup brand.
