It's a tie for me. Loch Ness was my favorite as a kid. I loved all the blurry pictures of it. And it was the one I always wanted to be found more than any other.
But I like the concept of Chupacabra more. It's creepier, and since it's not confined to water, it can go anywhere. Makes for more sightings and stories.

I like Bigfoot. We get calls where I work about him from the crazies. Gives us something to talk about.

Mothman for that disturbing Unsolved Mysteries reenactment.
And on the subject of Cryptid's and Unsolved Mysteries, it's worth mentioning that the opening to Jeepers Creepers is a replica of a UM story. Check it out.

Mokele Mbembe, the living dinosaur of the Congo. Interesting. I've never heard of that one specifically but I've heard stories about alleged living dinosaurs in Africa.

Mokele Mbembe, the living dinosaur of the Congo. Interesting. I've never heard of that one specifically but I've heard stories about alleged living dinosaurs in Africa. It's the most famous one of those; supposedly a medium sized sauropod that is really territorial. The Congo is also supposed to harbor a living stegosaurus, triceratops, and pterodactyl. I forget their local names.

I think my favorite is Mothman, but I like them all. I like them all too. Mothman is one of the more deadly cryptids on the list. His alleged appearance in Point Pleasant, West Virginia in 1966-67 was linked to many strange events in the area including the collapse of a bridge that killed 46 people. Bigfoot and Nessie seem harmless compared to Mothman.

The Chupacabra is my favorite, but that Dover Demon looks like a creepy fker too! The Dover Demon was seen by a handful of people in Dover, Massachusetts back in 1977. Based on descriptions, the creature stood approximately 4 feet tall with bright orange skin, big bulging eyes and a bald watermelon-shaped head.
